On January 7, 2025, the Comox Valley Waste Management Centre (CVWMC) and Campbell River Waste Management Centre (CRWMC) will implement a new scale software to improve system functionality.
The landfill will remain open during regular operating hours, with the system update taking place prior to opening on January 7. Scale attendants have been trained on the new software to help maintain normal operations and minimize delays. Your patience is appreciated through this transition.
Customers are encouraged to review their receipts during the week of January 7 to familiarize themselves with the updated format.
